The Clients KPI table
One row per client, the whole book on one screen: open tasks, bills waiting, next deadline, ownership. The columns reshape to the question you’re asking, and unowned clients are deliberately visible — ownership gaps are how work goes unwatched. The table ignores the rail’s client selection on purpose: it is always the whole practice.
Prospects
The pipeline, as a board or a list: stages from enquiry to won, an owner per prospect, notes, and enrichment that fills company facts so you type less. A won prospect becomes a client without re-entering anything.
Contacts
The unified audience across sources — client contacts, prospect contacts, and signups from the marketing waitlist — with saved segments and bulk send for the messages that go to many. Subscribed state is tracked per contact.
The thread that ties it together
Enquiry → prospect → proposal → client → the AML checks that make it compliant. Each step hands to the next without retyping — the pipeline is the same data the book grows from.
