Is the Free plan really free forever?+
Yes. Your own practice workspace plus two clients is free for as long as you use it — no trial clock, no card, and every core module included. You only pay when you're ready to add more clients.
How is pricing worked out?+
By the number of clients you manage, not by seat. Every plan includes unlimited team members, so you can bring your whole practice in without watching a per-user meter.
What counts as a client?+
A client is a company or individual you manage in AccountantOS — with their own Financials, Bills, Tasks and Files. Your own practice workspace never counts towards your client allowance.
What happens when I outgrow my tier?+
We'll let you know as you approach your client limit and you can upgrade in a click — nothing is deleted or locked. Moving up is instant, and any annual credit is prorated.
How much does annual billing save?+
Paying annually is the equivalent of two months free — roughly a sixth off the monthly price across the Practice and Studio tiers. All prices exclude VAT.
Do you offer a discount for larger practices?+
Enterprise is tailored to large and multi-office firms — unlimited clients, single sign-on, audit-log exports and a dedicated success manager. Join the waitlist and note your size, and we'll build a plan around your practice.
