One client’s whole story, in one place.
A KPI table across every client, a file tree with approval on both sides, an encrypted vault for the secrets that shouldn't sit in a note, and a knowledge hub that relays Teams and Slack so the answer is where the client is. ⌘K gets you anywhere in two keystrokes.
Approval has two sides, and both show
A per-client folder tree where a document can require sign-off from your side, the client's side, or both — and the state of each is a tick you can see, not an email thread you have to reread. Clients see the same tree from their login and approve in place.
The conversation comes to the record
Chat, the log, task threads, structured tables and the vault — one hub per client. Link the client's Teams or Slack channel and messages relay both ways, so 'ask them on Teams' and 'keep it on the record' stop being different actions. Vault secrets are encrypted at rest and every reveal is recorded against a name.
Everything you know, where the next person can find it.
Files, figures, conversations and credentials — one record per client, shared by the whole team.
